Our History
Established in 1992, Premier Systems Ltd. is an experienced provider of Information Technology Solutions and Services. We are a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and a Pennsylvania Sub Chapter “S” Corporation headquartered at 149 Inverness Drive, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
Since our inception, Premier Systems has provided Enterprise Information Technology products and services to Fortune 500 Companies.
In 2008, Premier Systems extended our offerings to the Federal market with SECRET facility clearance and ISO9001:2026 & CMMC Certification. Premier Systems utilizes a DCAA compliant accounting system for job costing.

Premier Systems Ltd. strives to maintain and improve quality in all aspects of our technology solutions and services business. We are ISO9001:2026 & CMMC Certified and have developed a quality management system that includes sales and service delivery, resource management, leadership, measurement and analysis. Feedback from internal and customer resources provide input to continual quality improvements. Premier’s high-level corporate quality policies flow down to divisions and individuals through various processes, training, and work instructions. Preventative and corrective action plans are a part of our overall quality approach.
